What counts as a lookup?
One query. A query that returns at least one record consumes one credit, or one unit of your daily allowance. A query that returns nothing across every source costs nothing.

Do credits expire?
No. Credits you buy are yours to use whenever you want, and they are separate from a subscription allowance.

What happens when I hit the daily cap?
You are not blocked. Searching stays open and your remaining searches that day are drawn from your credit balance. If that balance is empty, the console tells you rather than failing silently.

Why is a free search redacted?
It shows you that the data exists and what shape it takes, without handing over the values. Full values are what the paid tiers sell.

Can I get a refund?
Unused credits are refundable on request. Consumed credits are not, because the underlying source query has already been paid for.

Is there an API?
Not yet. This is a web console today. A public API is the most requested addition and is on the roadmap rather than shipped.
