Prices are in pounds sterling, not US dollars, and were read from their pricing page on 2026-09-24. Their page also states that credits do not expire and that up to 30,000 credits can be bought at once. Their page carries leftover template blocks with dollar prices and placeholder text; we quote only the pound figures under the live plan cards, because those are the ones they actually charge.

Where we differ
- Search breadth
- They search name, email, phone, username and crypto wallet. We run 14 lookup types including domain, IP, password, Steam ID, Discord ID, machine UUID, MAC address, company and file hash, so the two products overlap only partially.
- Scope of the product
- They market a wide investigative suite including geolocation mapping, account linkage and timelines, and they state that they support over 5,000 law enforcement departments. We do lookups and nothing else, and we would rather be narrow and accurate than broad and approximate.
- Pricing transparency
- Their plan rates are published in pounds sterling, and we quote them above in that same currency rather than converting them into dollars, because a converted figure would be wrong the moment the exchange rate moved.
- Buying model
- Their self-serve plans run from GBP 19 to GBP 99 per month, and their top tier is contact-sales only, aimed at governments, law enforcement and large enterprises. Our plans are self-serve and start at $10 in credits, with no sales call, which is the difference that matters if you want an answer tonight rather than a procurement process.
- What they do better
- They state that they draw on 1,500 or more sources, they give free access to law enforcement, government, journalism and non-profits, and they support geolocation and timeline views we have not built. We do not have a comparable source count to publish, so treat any comparison of coverage as theirs to win until we publish a measured benchmark of our own.
