Reporting and Removal

We do not own the underlying breach datasets and cannot delete a record from a source we did not create. What we can do is explain which module returned the record and help you identify the organization to approach.

Open a report with the identifier in question. We will not ask you to search the service to find it.

Where a returned record exposes details that create a real risk, such as government identifiers or financial account numbers, report it and we will review whether that module should be suppressed in results.

If you believe an OSINT Pro account is being used to harass you or someone else, report it with any evidence you hold, such as a message received. We treat these reports as urgent and act on accounts rather than identifiers.

We acknowledge a report when we receive it, and we tell you which module returned the record and which organization holds the source data, so you can approach that organization directly.

Where a report identifies a module that exposes a category we decide is too risky to return, we can suppress that module in results. Suppression affects what this service displays; it does not change the underlying source.

We cannot delete a record from a dataset we did not create, and we cannot amend a source record. Removing it from a third party dataset is a matter between you and that party.

We also cannot confirm or deny what a source holds without querying it, and we will not ask you to run a search to find out. Tell us what you already know and we will work from that.

We respond to a valid legal request where we are obliged to, and we ask for a written request that identifies the authority, the matter, and what is sought.

Because we do not retain the identifiers you submit and do not retain result sets, the account information we can produce is limited to what the Privacy Policy lists: a key hash, a plan and credit ledger, and an operational query record without the identifier.
